Austin had done his homework before he came round and showed me excellent local comps that they had worked on and sold. As such his valuation was on the money. Other agents either low balled me to get an easy sell for them or gave me stupidly high numbers to try and dupe me into going with them. After I awarded Thorogoods the mandate they provided all the necessary 2nd and 3rd stages with professionalism and politeness. Excellent experience all round and I would highly recommend them locally.
